What you'll do

Perform planned, predictive, and corrective maintenance on electrical, mechanical, and cooling systems.
Monitor equipment performance using telemetry, control systems, and other platforms to identify and resolve alarms.
Lead onsite incident response teams to perform repairs and conduct root-cause analyses for abnormal conditions.
Develop and update standard operating procedures (SOPs) and methods of procedure (MOPs) for facility equipment.
Coordinate with third-party vendors to oversee their work, ensure safety compliance, and manage service reports.
Maintain accurate records of equipment assets, maintenance logs, and spare parts using a computerized management system.
Conduct inspections of building systems and grounds to identify and mitigate potential hazards or malfunctions.

What we're looking for

High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
At least 1 year of mission critical services work experience or equivalent experience.
Ability to pass a Microsoft Cloud background check every two years.
Verification of citizenship via a valid passport is required for this role.
Associate's Degree or technical trade certification (preferred).
2+ years mission-critical services experience with an Associate's Degree or trade certification (preferred).
3+ years mission-critical services experience with a High School Diploma (preferred).
