What you'll do

Present weekly updates in multi-functional team meetings, including executive-level presentations.

What we're looking for

5+ years of experience in manufacturing, process engineering, supply chain or product development
BS or MS degree in Industrial, Electrical, Mechanical or Chemical Engineering
Strong leadership and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams
Excellent program management and issue resolution capabilities
Experience leading operations readiness reviews and mass production ramp-ups
Ability to influence product manufacturability and testability for cost efficiency
Effective communication skills for presenting to multi-functional teams and executives
