Operations Program Manager, Display

What you'll do

• Lead OEM operations teams in planning and executing development builds and new product ramps.
• Drive ramp readiness by coordinating with engineering, operations, and OEM teams.
• Plan manufacturing capacity and manage the factory equipment budget.
• Manage component readiness to ensure part availability, quality, and cost efficiency.
• Communicate requirements and schedules to supply chain teams to facilitate technical readiness.
• Influence product manufacturability, testability, and supply chain responsiveness while maintaining quality standards.
• Escalate key issues and provide resolution options to executive leadership.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in an engineering field.
• 3+ years of experience in manufacturing, process engineering, or product development.
• Technical expertise and prior OEM management experience.
• Experience with AI/ML, Machine Learning, LLM, robotic process automation, or quantum computing is preferred.
• Master's degree or MBA is considered a plus.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to present to management.
• Ability to communicate effectively at all levels and resolve conflicts in ambiguous environments.
• Willingness to travel 20-25%.
