What you'll do

Provide early and ongoing manufacturing involvement to ensure new products are mechanically manufacturable.
Manage all phases of a product from initial concept through repeat manufacturing to end of life.
Provide production support engineering for technically complex testing methods, procedures, and failure analysis.
Design and develop technically complex processes to improve manufacturing quality and efficiency.
Plan, develop, and implement complex procedures for the testing and evaluation of new products.
Manage project planning, cost, and delivery within a matrix organization.
Lead functional engineering teams including mechanical, electrical, test, and DFX.
Coordinate with international OEM partners to manage manufacturing operations.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a similar field.
At least 3 years of experience introducing products into manufacturing or high volume production.
Experience with new product introduction and Manufacturing Operations.
Excellent project management skills including planning, cost, and delivery within a matrix organization.
Direct experience leading functional engineering teams such as Mechanical, Electrical, Test, or DFX.
Experience working with international OEM partners.
Master's degree or MBA is preferred.
Familiarity with AI/ML, Machine Learning, LLM, robotic process automation, or quantum computing is a plus.
