What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in an engineering field.
Master's degree or MBA is preferred.
5+ years of experience in manufacturing, process engineering, or product development.
Technical expertise and prior OEM management experience.
Experience with AI/ML, Machine Learning, LLM, robotic process automation, or quantum computing.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to present to management.
Ability to communicate effectively at all levels and resolve conflicts in ambiguous environments.
Willingness to travel 20-25% for the role.
