What we're looking for

  • 5+ years of manufacturing, process engineering, or product development experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in an engineering field.
  • Strong program/project management and communication skills at all levels.
  • Ability to handle component readiness and ensure part availability, quality, and cost.
  • Experience leading factory equipment budget planning and capacity management.
  • Technical expertise with OEM management and supply chain responsiveness.
