Cloud Solution Architect - Data & AI joins the CSA Global Delivery organization to support customers building secure, scalable, and AI-ready solutions on Microsoft Azure. You will develop data and analytics roadmaps while ensuring performance, security, and scalability across various platforms. The role requires expertise in SQL Server, Azure SQL, Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, Azure Databricks, Cosmos DB, and Microsoft Foundry. Key technical competencies include experience with Lakehouse architectures, ETL/ELT processes, and AI agentic frameworks. You will utilize programming skills in Python, R, or C# to develop solutions while navigating complex data engineering scenarios and high availability requirements to solve critical business problems within the cloud ecosystem.

What you'll do

Design data and analytics solutions that align with customer business priorities and technical requirements.
Lead architectural design sessions and create long-term roadmaps for data modernization and AI integration.
Execute proof-of-concept initiatives and manage production deployments for mission-critical workloads.
Build scalable, secure, and high-performing data platforms using technologies like Microsoft Fabric, Databricks, and SQL Server.
Develop and implement automated data pipelines and ETL/ELT processes to manage large datasets.
Present technical architecture proposals and solution visions to executive audiences with clarity.
Identify and resolve customer blockers by leveraging technical expertise and established intellectual property.
Maintain technical proficiency in AI agentic frameworks, responsible AI principles, and cloud infrastructure.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, Liberal Arts, or related field and 4+ years of relevant experience.
Experience with on-premise and cloud databases including SQL Server, Azure SQL, PostgreSQL, MySQL, and Cosmos DB.
Proficiency in Analytics, Data Warehousing, and Data Engineering for building Intelligent Data and Analytics Platforms.
Experience with modern data technologies such as Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, Lakehouse architectures, and Azure Databricks.
Hands-on experience with AI agentic frameworks, multi-agent orchestration, and integrating AI agents into enterprise applications.
Proficiency in Python, R, and/or C# for AI development.
Experience in Azure architecture design, IaaS, High Availability, service resilience, and distributed systems.
Technical Certification in Cloud (e.g., Azure, Power BI, AWS, or Google) (preferred); 4+ years of experience in customer-facing or technical project roles (preferred).
