As a Cloud Solution Architect - Cloud & AI Platforms, you will join the team to develop relationships with key customer IT decision makers who drive long-term cloud adoption. You will act as the Voice of the Customer by sharing insights and best practices while collaborating with Engineering teams to remove technical blockers. Your daily responsibilities include owning a committed pipeline, running Architectural Design Sessions, and governing designs aligned with customer business goals and technical environments. You will utilize CAF Landing Zones to facilitate migrations and build resiliency in Networking, Zonal/multi-region, and Security areas while preparing customers for AI Innovation. The role requires expertise in cloud and infrastructure technologies, systems administration, network operations, and software development. You must possess a technical certification in Cloud platforms such as Azure, Amazon Web Services, or Google to solve complex migration challenges.

What you'll do

What we're looking for

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, Liberal Arts, or a related field.
4+ years of experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, IT consulting, systems administration, network operations, software development, or architecture.
Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, Liberal Arts, or a related field with 6+ years of relevant experience.
4+ years of experience working in a customer-facing role.
Technical Certification in Cloud (e.g., Azure, Amazon Web Services, Google) or security certifications.
Experience conducting Architectural Design Sessions and implementing solutions using CAF Landing Zones.
Ability to develop relationships with IT decision makers and act as the Voice of the Customer.
