As a Cloud Solution Architect - Cloud & AI Applications within the Cloud + AI Apps team, you will serve in a customer-facing role helping clients bring AI-powered applications to production scale on Azure. To achieve these goals, you will utilize technologies such as C#, Python, and .NET to design secure, scalable solutions. You will collaborate with customer executives and developers to drive migration and modernization strategies for AI-powered workloads. The role focuses on solving the technical challenge of moving innovative AI applications into reliable, high-scale production environments through expert-level cloud architecture and engineering.

What you'll do

Design secure, scalable Azure solutions for customers based on their specific AI and business priorities.
Lead technical engagements including architecture design, Proofs of Concept (POCs), and Minimum Viable Products (MVPs).
Ensure the production readiness, security, and optimization of mission-critical workloads like AKS and App Services.
Drive application migration and modernization strategies to improve scalability for AI-powered workloads.
Deliver technical workshops and skilling activities to ensure customer solution performance and maintainability.
Create and contribute to repeatable intellectual property to accelerate deployment and achieve target outcomes.
Act as the Voice of the Customer by providing feedback to engineering teams to influence product improvements.
Manage end-to-end technical delivery results and identify opportunities for incremental cloud growth.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field and 2+ years of relevant experience.
Proficiency in workloads including Azure AI Foundry, AKS, App Service, APIM, and GitHub (preferred).
Technical Certification in Cloud, such as Azure, AWS, Google, or security certifications (preferred).
4+ years of experience working in a customer-facing role (preferred).
4+ years of experience working on technical projects (preferred).
Bachelor's Degree and 8+ years of experience, or a Master's Degree and 6+ years of experience in relevant fields (preferred).
