JOB TITLE: Cloud Solution Architect - Cloud & AI Applications The Cloud Solution Architect - Cloud & AI Applications joins the Customer & Commercial Success organization to help commercial customers bring AI-powered applications to production scale on Azure. In this customer-facing role, you will lead technical engagements across architecture design, Proof of Concepts, and Minimum Viable Products. You will be responsible for removing blockers, ensuring production readiness, and accelerating adoption for mission-critical workloads. Key responsibilities include designing secure, scalable solutions, delivering technical workshops, and creating reusable intellectual property. You must demonstrate proficiency with Azure Logic Apps, Azure AI Foundry, AKS, App Services, APIM, and GitHub, utilizing languages such as C#, Python, and .NET. This role solves the technical challenge of migrating and modernizing application landscapes to support scalable, resilient, and production-ready AI use cases.

What you'll do

Design secure, scalable Azure solutions to meet customer AI priorities and business goals.
Lead technical engagements for architecture design, Proof of Concepts, and Minimum Viable Products.
Ensure production readiness for mission-critical workloads including Azure AI, AKS, and App Services.
Develop and deliver technical workshops and assessments to support customer skilling and adoption.
Create and contribute to reusable intellectual property to accelerate consistent customer delivery.
Collaborate with customer development teams to drive application migration and modernization strategies.
Provide delivery oversight and escalation support for Cloud Acceleration Factory projects.
Share customer feedback with engineering teams to influence product improvements and remove blockers.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Business, Liberal Arts, or related field and 2+ years of relevant experience.
Master's Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Business, or related field and 3+ years of relevant experience (preferred).
5+ years of experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, IT consulting, systems administration, or software development (preferred).
2+ years of experience working in a customer-facing role (preferred).
2+ years of experience working on technical projects (preferred).
Technical Certification in Cloud, such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud (preferred).
Proficiency in Azure Logic Apps, Azure DevOps, Azure AI Foundry, AKS, App Service, APIM, and GitHub (preferred).
Accredited and certified to deliver with advanced and expert-level proficiency in Azure AI Foundry, AKS, App Service, APIM, and GitHub.
