JOB TITLE: Citrix Infrastructure Operations, AVP
The Citrix Infrastructure Operations, AVP joins the infrastructure team to lead daily operations and service delivery for global enterprise Citrix environments. This role ensures platform stability, security, and performance for business-critical applications. Key responsibilities include managing Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops, Citrix ADC/NetScaler, Gateway, StoreFront, FAS, PVS/MCS, WEM, and FSLogix. The professional will oversee load balancing, SSL offloading, and authentication integrations using AD CS, Entra ID, PingFederate, ADFS, Okta, and PKI services. Daily tasks involve incident response, root cause analysis, certificate lifecycle management, and vulnerability remediation. The candidate will use PowerShell for automation and monitoring to improve operational efficiency. This role supports secure remote access and compliant operations within a complex investment management software environment.
Develop PowerShell automation and monitoring tools to improve operational efficiency and reliability.
Provide technical leadership by mentoring engineers and reporting platform health to senior leadership.
What we're looking for
10+ years of experience in enterprise infrastructure operations focusing on Citrix, Windows Server, virtualization, and secure remote access.
7+ years of hands-on Citrix administration and engineering experience in a large enterprise environment.
5+ years of experience supporting or managing Citrix ADC/NetScaler, Citrix Gateway, load balancing, SSL/TLS, and authentication services.
Deep expertise in Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops, StoreFront, FAS, PVS/MCS, WEM, FSLogix, and Citrix Director.
Experience with Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, IIS, AD CS, PKI, and certificate lifecycle management.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID, PingFederate, ADFS, Okta, MFA platforms, CyberArk, Azure Infrastructure Services, and VMware vSphere.
Strong PowerShell scripting and automation experience to improve operational efficiency.
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related technical field (preferred); advanced degree or equivalent experience (preferred).
