Citrix VAD Kofax and M365 Infrastructure Architect

What you'll do

• Design end-to-end virtual desktop infrastructure solutions using Citrix VAD for a global hybrid workforce.
• Architect and manage integrated Microsoft 365 messaging environments for email, calendaring, and collaboration.
• Plan and execute complex Microsoft 365 messaging migrations from legacy platforms to modern cloud services.
• Implement Microsoft 365 security configurations for identity protection, data loss prevention, and threat management.
• Design and maintain Kofax Transformation Modules to automate document capture and data extraction workflows.
• Analyze capacity, performance trends, and incident patterns to proactively optimize VDI and messaging systems.
• Develop technical documentation including architecture diagrams, configuration standards, and operational runbooks.
• Provide expert guidance to operations teams on incident resolution and change implementation.

• Develop detailed technical documentation including architecture diagrams, configuration standards, and operational runbooks.
• Analyze capacity, performance trends, and incident patterns across VDI and messaging systems.
• Ensure all designed solutions comply with regulatory requirements, internal security policies, and data protection standards.
