What you'll do

Configure and maintain Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops (CVAD) and Citrix ADC (NetScaler) systems.
Troubleshoot and resolve user connectivity, latency, and performance issues across various geographic locations.
Perform routine patching, system health checks, upgrades, and firmware updates for Citrix infrastructure and hypervisors.
Manage security and access controls including Active Directory integration and compliance requirements.
Automate provisioning and administrative tasks using PowerShell or similar scripting languages.
Document configurations and operational procedures while supporting incident and change workflows.

What we're looking for

BA degree and 4+ years of experience with enterprise virtualization architectures and Citrix technologies.
Hands-on experience administering and troubleshooting Citrix ADC (NetScaler).
Strong networking fundamentals including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, load balancing, and SSL/TLS certificates.
Ability to automate provisioning and administrative tasks using PowerShell or similar scripting.
Active DOD Top Secret level security clearance and eligibility to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI.
Willingness to take and maintain a CI/Poly 8570 IAT Level II Baseline Certification.
Citrix certifications such as CCA-V or CCP-V (preferred).
