Your daily responsibilities include developing strategic engagement with policymakers and regulators across federal and state levels, identifying key legislative developments, and crafting narratives to influence policy outcomes. You will work closely with legal, compliance, product, and communications teams to align policy strategies with business objectives while managing regulatory risks. With a focus on financial services and technology sectors, you must have extensive experience in public policy advocacy, team management, and coalition building. Ideal candidates possess strong communication skills, strategic thinking abilities, and the capacity to navigate complex, high-stakes environments. Develop thought leadership content on financial inclusion and digital finance innovation.
Build trusted relationships with senior policymakers and key regulatory agencies.
Design advocacy strategies for direct engagement, coalition building, and legislative processes.
Oversee the development of policy materials and executive briefings for leadership.
What we're looking for
15+ years of public policy experience in US government and financial services/technology sectors.
Extensive team management experience with strategic planning and career development skills.
