As a Camera Test Engineer, you will join an interdisciplinary team to ensure systems meet stringent quality standards through rigorous testing across the manufacturing value stream. What you'll do

Manage production test flows and perform hands-on troubleshooting for complex infrared systems.
Maintain test capabilities across the manufacturing value stream from component validation to system level checkouts.
Develop software for test automation, data analytics, and automated report generation.
Identify root causes of product failures and recommend corrective actions to engineering teams.
Create clear work instructions and train technicians on equipment usage within the MES.
Analyze test data and document results to identify defects and areas for process improvement.
Maintain and calibrate test equipment to ensure precision and reliability during production.
Provide feedback to design engineers based on test outcomes to improve product features.

What we're looking for

Bachelor’s degree in Physics, Electrical/Electronics, Computer, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.
3+ years of relevant industry experience with an emphasis on manufacturing test and product sustainment.
Experience with data acquisition and processing using MATLAB, Python, and other programming languages.
Experience with test automation and report generation.
Strong root cause analysis skills for non-conforming hardware, software, and firmware.
Experience working on projects involving the integration of electrical, opto-mechanical, and software/firmware systems.
Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal, and communication skills.
Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance.
