What you'll do

Troubleshoot and resolve complex infrared systems issues identified during production testing.
Maintain test capabilities across the manufacturing value stream from component validation to system level checkouts.
Develop software for test automation, data analytics, and automated report generation.
Create clear work instructions and a library of common failure modes for technician use.
Perform root cause analysis on product failures and recommend corrective actions.
Analyze test data to identify defects and provide feedback for product enhancements.
Maintain and calibrate test equipment to ensure precision and reliability in production.
Optimize test strategies to increase throughput and efficiency without compromising quality.

What we're looking for

Bachelor’s degree in Physics, Electrical/Electronics, Computer, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.
3+ years of relevant industry experience with an emphasis on manufacturing test and product sustainment.
Experience with data acquisition and processing using MATLAB, Python, and other programming languages.
Experience with test automation and report generation.
Strong root cause analysis skills for non-conforming hardware, software, and firmware.
Experience working on projects involving the integration of electrical, opto-mechanical, and software/firmware systems.
Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal, and communication skills.
Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance.

Save
