What you'll do

Translate business requirements into functional specifications, process flows, and entity relationship diagrams.
Manage the analytics development process from project intake and requirement management to user acceptance testing.
Ensure data integrity by enforcing rigorous development standards and assessing source data reliability.
Drive the execution of the Quality analytics roadmap for the Global Factory Network.
Implement advanced analytics, including statistical inference and predictive modeling, to improve operational execution.
Mentor and coach quality engineers and analysts on utilizing available analytics tools.
Perform hands-on solution design, prototyping, and proof-of-concept development for new projects.
Advocate for improvements to business processes and information systems to enhance analytics capabilities.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree with 10+ years of experience, Master's degree with 5+ years of experience, or equivalent experience.
At least 8 years of related experience in developing Business, Operations, or Quality analytics.
Proficiency in analytical techniques and practices to support problem solving.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for various audiences.
Intermediate skills in SQL query development and exploratory data analysis.
Experience with Microsoft Power BI or equivalent visualization environments.
Familiarity with ISO 9K and ISO Quality Management System principles.
Preferred experience with advanced analytics, scripting languages like Python or R, and project management.
