As a Business Systems Analyst SAP Systems Solutions within the Global Information Systems Group, you will analyze complex business problems and design automated system solutions for SAP ECC and SAP S/4 platforms. You will collaborate with global operations teams to translate business requirements into functional specifications while managing projects from inception through post-mortem. The role requires deep expertise in areas such as Lead Management, Demand Configuration, BOM Management, Production Planning, Materials Management, and Inventory Management. You will utilize technical skills in SAP ERP systems, Variant Configuration, and custom applications, with preferred experience in SQL and databases. This position addresses the challenge of navigating complex business processes and digital transformation within a manufacturing context involving ETO, CTO, and MTO models. You must effectively communicate technical trade-offs to diverse audiences while managing global stakeholders and managed services consultants.
Analyze complex business problems to create automated system solutions for SAP ECC and S/4 platforms.

Architect and design business processes and systems that align with corporate initiatives and IT strategies.
Provide deep technical analysis on manufacturing modules including Materials Management, Production Planning, and Variant Configuration.
Manage the full project lifecycle from inception through post-mortem, including testing, deployment, and data conversion.
Communicate complex planning scenarios and trade-offs to diverse audiences and leadership.
Lead meetings and forums to drive technology strategy, solution execution, and task completion.
Manage and coordinate with managed services support consultants to deliver technical solutions.
What we're looking for
Bachelor's degree in computer science or technology with 12+ years of experience, or a Master's degree with 8+ years of experience.
At least 8 years of related experience in SAP systems.
At least 3 years of experience in MM, PP, and SD (VC).
Experience leading at least one end-to-end project including analysis, design, configuration, development, testing, deployment, training, and data conversion.
Proficiency in planning and executing unit, integration, and acceptance testing to deploy capabilities.
Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for diverse audiences and leadership levels.
Experience with SQL, databases, and the WFE or discrete manufacturing industry is preferred.
