As a Business Systems Analyst 4 on the Global Operations Analytics Team, you will support the Spares Planning business unit by leading initiatives to enhance operational excellence through data-driven insights. To succeed, you must possess expertise in SQL, HANA Technologies, and SAP ECC or similar ERP applications. You will also develop data visualizations using Power BI or SAP Business Objects while applying advanced statistical techniques like regression and distribution analysis. The role requires proficiency in Jira, Agile methodologies, and the Microsoft Office Suite to deliver technical documentation.

What you'll do

Perform detailed business analysis to develop insights and solutions for supported business functions.
Conduct ad-hoc data analysis to meet specific requests from functional stakeholders.
Develop a Functional Analytics Roadmap aligned with strategic objectives and create corresponding resource plans.
Act as the primary point of contact to lead solutioning meetings and define prioritized business requirements.
Translate business requirements into technical-functional specifications for execution by the Center of Excellence.
Create technical and functional documentation for all developed solutions.
Develop data visualizations, reports, and dashboards using tools like Power BI or SAP Business Objects.
Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and provide post-production support for new systems.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Data Science Analytics, Mathematics, Business Administration, or Engineering.
8 years of experience in design and development of business applications supporting various functions within Global Operations.
Experience developing data visualizations using tools like Power BI or SAP Business Objects.
Exposure to programming languages in SQL or HANA Technologies.
Experience with SAP ECC or other ERP applications for Spares Planning management.
Advanced statistical techniques and concepts such as regression, properties of distributions, and statistical tests.
Subject matter expertise in the functional domain of Spares Planning.
Mentoring team members through SDLC using Agile methodologies (preferred); APICS (CPIM) Certification (preferred).
