What you'll do

Develop and execute inventory plans to support customer fab ramps and tool uptime objectives.
Analyze consumption trends and demand forecasts to determine optimal spare parts stocking levels.
Optimize inventory placement for regional depots and customer-consigned locations to improve service responsiveness.
Monitor key performance metrics like service levels, inventory turns, and aging stock to implement corrective actions.
Resolve material shortages, demand fluctuations, and critical customer escalations through cross-functional collaboration.
Implement first-in-fab spare parts strategies for new tool installations.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance forecast effectiveness and inventory productivity.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field is required, or equivalent relevant experience.
8+ years of progressive experience in supply chain planning, inventory management, demand planning, or service parts planning.
Advanced proficiency in SAP and other planning, inventory management, and analytics tools is required.
Strong understanding of bill of materials (BOM) structures, forecasting methodologies, and inventory optimization techniques.
Experience developing and executing inventory strategies to support customer service requirements and operational objectives.
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders in complex, global, matrixed environments.
Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Power BI, SQL, SAP HANA, or Azure Synapse is preferred.
APICS certification (CPIM, CSCP) is a plus.
