The Business Partner & Product Management Manager – Pipeline Digital joins the Midstream Digital organization to lead the Digital Pipeline Product Line. This role involves defining and executing a technology vision for critical midstream business capabilities including Logistics & Storage, Natural Gas, and Natural Gas Liquids. The manager will develop product strategies, value stream roadmaps, and innovative digital solutions while managing the end-to-end lifecycle of products from ideation through delivery. Key responsibilities include leading a team of professionals, overseeing project timelines, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring system security and reliability. The role requires expertise in cloud, cybersecurity, data governance, and digital transformation to solve complex operational challenges. Candidates must possess strong business acumen and leadership skills to bridge the gap between business units and IT delivery within the oil and gas industry context.
Define and execute technology visions to support Midstream business capabilities like Logistics, Natural Gas, and NGLs.
Develop product strategies and value stream roadmaps to improve operational performance and reliability.
Identify, evaluate, and pilot emerging technologies to create measurable business value for pipeline operations.
Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of digital products from initial ideation through delivery and support.
Lead a team of technology professionals by providing coaching, performance management, and career development.
Translate complex business requirements into actionable digital product roadmaps and technical initiatives.
Oversee project budgets, timelines, and vendor relationships to ensure cost-effective IT service delivery.
Drive organizational change management programs to increase the adoption of new IT solutions and tools.
What we're looking for
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or another computer-related field required.
Ten or more years of diversified IT experience required.
Three or more years of direct or indirect leadership experience required.
Experience delivering digital products aligned with business strategy, including oversight of project timelines and vendor relationships required.
Experience driving change management initiatives to ensure adoption and achieve business goals required.
Experience adapting and executing plans based on established strategies and organizational objectives required.
Experience leading cross-functional teams, including management of exempt professional staff (preferred).
Industry experience in pipeline/logistics systems or exposure to Operational Technology (OT) and SOX are strongly preferred.
