What you'll do

  • Define the vision, roadmap, and success metrics for a portfolio of strategic integrations.
  • Identify and prioritize high-value user problems through research, ecosystem analysis, and quantitative data.
  • Lead cross-functional teams across engineering, design, and marketing to deliver end-to-end integration features.
  • Partner with engineers to define technical requirements, API standards, and reliability for all integrations.
  • Establish measurement plans to track adoption, retention, and revenue outcomes after product launches.
  • Manage relationships with external technology partners to incorporate their feedback into the product roadmap.
  • Drive go-to-market readiness, including beta programs and sales enablement materials, to ensure scalable adoption.
  • Balance new feature development with investments in technical debt and foundational platform capabilities.

What we're looking for

  • 8+ years of relevant product management, engineering, or equivalent experience including ownership of a high-quality product area at scale.
  • Experience setting product strategy and driving execution across multiple cross-functional teams from ambiguous problem definition through launch.
  • Demonstrated ability to use qualitative and quantitative evidence to define success metrics and make prioritization decisions.
  • Strong technical judgment and fluency working with engineers on API-based products, integrations, and technical constraints.
  • Experience engaging directly with enterprise users and external technology partners to translate their needs into product decisions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a track record of influencing senior stakeholders.
  • Experience with enterprise business systems like CRM or ERP; familiarity with Salesforce, Oracle, SAP, or Microsoft Dynamics (preferred).
  • Experience building platform, ecosystem, marketplace, or partner-integrated products; experience in payments or regulated technology (preferred).
