What we're looking for
Minimum of 12 years of experience with a Bachelor’s degree; 8 years with a Master’s; or a PhD with 5 years of experience in Product Management.
Mandatory hands-on experience building functional prototypes, code snippets, or mock UIs using generative AI tools and no-code/low-code platforms.
Expertise in the full software development lifecycle (SDLC), including Agile/Scrum methodologies, backlog grooming, sprint planning, and writing user stories.
Proven experience conducting 'Voice of Customer' interviews and customer discovery in complex B2B environments.
Deep understanding of LLM mechanics and constraints, including context windows, hallucinations, RAG architectures, and Agentic workflows.
Experience with Salesforce AI, Workday Extend, SAP BTP, Gainsight, or cloud data stacks like Snowflake and Databricks (preferred).
Proven track record of delivering high-impact features within core enterprise domains like Sales, Finance, Customer Support, or BI (preferred).
Track record of driving large-scale digital transformations across Lead-to-Cash, Hire-to-Retire, or Telemetry-to-Insight lifecycles (preferred).
