Business Operations Program Manager, Global Business Planning, Supply Chain Management

What you'll do

• Translate executive priorities into actionable workplans with clear milestones, owners, dependencies, and risk assessments.
• Manage program execution for global supply strategy, manufacturing capacity, strategic sourcing, and infrastructure readiness.
• Coordinate recurring operational cadences including supply-and-demand reviews, supplier performance reviews, and executive business reviews.
• Develop executive-ready dashboards, scorecards, and presentations to provide visibility into supply availability and project health.
• Track and analyze key metrics such as supplier commit attainment, lead times, and inventory exposure.
• Identify risks and dependencies early to coordinate mitigation actions and escalate issues requiring leadership decisions.
• Support constrained-supply and capacity-prioritization decisions by organizing scenario inputs and documenting trade-offs.
• Improve operating efficiency through process standardization, automation, and the implementation of AI-enabled tools.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, or a related field (equivalent practical experience may be considered).
• 5+ years of experience in program management, business operations, supply chain, manufacturing, strategic sourcing, capacity planning, or logistics.
• Experience coordinating complex cross-functional programs with multiple stakeholders and executive visibility.
• Ability to develop executive-ready presentations, dashboards, and status communications.
• Strong analytical skills for working with operational data, metrics, forecasts, and reporting tools.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and collaboration tools.
• Experience supporting senior leadership or a business operations function (preferred).
• Experience in high-tech hardware, cloud infrastructure, or complex global supply chains (preferred).
