Essential skills include proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and collaboration tools, alongside familiarity with SQL, Power BI, Oracle Analytics, and various AI-enabled productivity tools like Power Automate or ChatGPT Enterprise. The role solves complex operational challenges by streamlining processes and enhancing reporting within a large-scale supply chain environment.

What you'll do

  • Develop and maintain integrated program plans for data, analytics, AI, and automation initiatives including milestones and risk tracking.
  • Coordinate cross-functional work between data science, engineering, and supply chain teams to align requirements and delivery plans.
  • Facilitate program cadences such as roadmap reviews, delivery checkpoints, and risk assessment sessions.
  • Create executive-ready presentations, dashboards, and scorecards to communicate progress and business value to stakeholders.
  • Define and track key metrics for automation impact, data quality, and operational performance across the supply chain.
  • Document business requirements, use cases, and process flows for predictive analytics and decision-support capabilities.
  • Manage action logs, decision records, and project documentation to ensure accountability and alignment.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline reporting and increase team productivity through AI-enabled tools and standard operating procedures.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in business operations, program management, data and analytics, supply chain operations, or technology transformation.
  • Experience managing cross-functional programs with multiple stakeholders, dependencies, and delivery timelines.
  • Ability to create program plans, track risks, facilitate meetings, and drive follow-through without direct authority.
  • Experience developing executive-ready presentations, business reviews, status reports, dashboards, or operational scorecards.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret operational metrics, data trends, and reporting outputs.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and collaboration tools.
  • Familiarity with data analytics, automation, AI-enabled tools, or data management concepts (preferred); PMP, Agile, or Lean Six Sigma certification (preferred).
