The Business Operations Program Manager, Data & Automation (IC4) serves within the Supply Chain organization to support the Senior Director of Data and Automation. The manager builds integrated program plans for automation and decision-support capabilities across forecasting, inventory, manufacturing, and logistics. Key responsibilities include tracking program health, developing executive-ready dashboards, and managing cross-functional requirements to reduce manual work and improve data visibility. Essential skills include proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and collaboration tools, alongside familiarity with SQL, Power BI, Oracle Analytics, and various AI-enabled productivity tools like Power Automate or ChatGPT Enterprise. The role solves complex operational challenges by streamlining processes and enhancing reporting within a large-scale supply chain environment.
Develop and maintain integrated program plans for data, analytics, AI, and automation initiatives including milestones and risk tracking.

Facilitate program cadences such as roadmap reviews, delivery checkpoints, and risk assessment sessions.
Create executive-ready presentations, dashboards, and scorecards to communicate progress and business value to stakeholders.

Document business requirements, use cases, and process flows for predictive analytics and decision-support capabilities.
Manage action logs, decision records, and project documentation to ensure accountability and alignment.
Identify opportunities to streamline reporting and increase team productivity through AI-enabled tools and standard operating procedures.
What we're looking for
Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in business operations, program management, data and analytics, supply chain operations, or technology transformation.
Experience managing cross-functional programs with multiple stakeholders, dependencies, and delivery timelines.
Ability to create program plans, track risks, facilitate meetings, and drive follow-through without direct authority.
Experience developing executive-ready presentations, business reviews, status reports, dashboards, or operational scorecards.
Strong analytical skills to interpret operational metrics, data trends, and reporting outputs.
Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and collaboration tools.
Familiarity with data analytics, automation, AI-enabled tools, or data management concepts (preferred); PMP, Agile, or Lean Six Sigma certification (preferred).
