The Senior Supply Chain Program Manager joins the Supply Chain Programs team to serve as a strategic leader and Pillar Lead responsible for end-to-end ownership of complex, cross-functional initiatives. This role involves managing a portfolio of over ten projects simultaneously, where the individual will define scope, manage timelines, mitigate risks, and build scalable systems to transform disorganized processes into repeatable frameworks. Own the end-to-end lifecycle for a portfolio of 10-20+ supply chain initiatives simultaneously.
Define project scope, prioritize backlogs, and establish strategic roadmaps for complex cross-functional programs.
Design and implement scalable supply chain processes and systems to meet business requirements.
Manage project schedules, identify critical path activities, and proactively mitigate risks to ensure timely delivery.
Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders and provide executive summaries to senior leadership.
Drive change management by developing communication plans, training materials, and adoption strategies for new tools.
Hold cross-functional teams accountable for deliverables while removing organizational roadblocks.
Improve PMO operations by refining project management methodologies and establishing repeatable systems from scratch.
What we're looking for
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
6+ years of experience in supply chain program management, project management, or operations within the aerospace, defense, or manufacturing industries.
Demonstrated experience managing complex, cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
Strong written and verbal communication skills to present clearly and concisely to senior leadership.
Proven ability to drive accountability and deliver results in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.
Experience standing up or scaling a PMO function and defining operating frameworks for portfolio management.
Proficiency in data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI and database management using SQL or advanced Excel.
Knowledge of supply chain KPIs and compliance requirements such as DFARS, CPSR, and CMMC.
