What you'll do

  • Manage the Procurement Supplier Performance Scorecard as the primary program manager and subject matter expert.
  • Define program strategy, roadmap development, success criteria, and performance metrics for supplier management initiatives.
  • Partner with engineering teams to prioritize requirements, resolve operational issues, and improve data integration.
  • Conduct cost-benefit analyses and use data-driven insights to inform leadership decision-making.
  • Identify and implement automation opportunities, including AI and agentic experiences for contract analysis and performance insights.
  • Develop and execute communication, training, and adoption plans to drive user engagement across the organization.
  • Influence cross-functional stakeholders and senior leaders to adopt changes that improve supplier accountability and risk management.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations, Finance, or related field and 4+ years experience in program management, process management, or process improvement.
  • Master's Degree in Business, Operations, Finance, or a related field and 6+ years of experience in program management, process management, or process improvement (preferred).
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations, Finance, or a related field and 8+ years of relevant experience (preferred).
  • Experience with supplier scorecards, performance management, sourcing, procurement operations, governance, contract lifecycle management, risk, or compliance solutions (preferred).
  • Experience managing an enterprise technology product or process through strategy, implementation, integration, adoption, run-state, and continuous improvement (preferred).
  • Experience with Source-to-Pay platforms, procurement technology, workflow automation, process mapping, or related enterprise systems (preferred).
  • Experience partnering with engineering teams on requirements, prioritization, release planning, service health, security, privacy, and compliance needs (preferred).
  • Knowledge of artificial intelligence, machine learning, advanced analytics, or agentic solutions applied to business processes (preferred).
