Program Manager, Strategic Supply Chain

What you'll do

• Define and own the supply chain strategy for transitioning first-of-kind autonomous aircraft from development to production.
• Identify single points of failure across critical parts and embed actionable insights into sourcing and production decisions.
• Manage supplier performance and lead rapid mitigation efforts to resolve supply disruptions quickly.
• Translate high-level strategies into prioritized roadmaps and measurable outcomes for cross-functional teams.
• Build an innovation pipeline of supplier pilots and partnerships to improve long-term cost and continuity.
• Link supplier risk and performance data to unit costs and integrated master schedule KPIs.
• Develop leading indicator systems and quantitative models to inform sourcing strategy and resource allocation.
• Prepare technical analysis, documentation, and briefings for internal teams, suppliers, and government stakeholders.

What we're looking for

• 6+ years of experience in supply chain strategy, sourcing, or supply program management for complex hardware programs.
• Demonstrated ownership of supply risk and supplier performance on programs with aggressive timelines and rapid scale.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional transformation without direct authority.
• Experience building supply chain capabilities or program management systems from scratch without an established playbook.
• Ability to translate complex supply and cost data into actionable strategy and clear prioritization.
• Proficiency in building or interpreting quantitative models, including trade studies and sensitivity analysis.
• Familiarity with version control, scripting, scalable workflows, and reproducible analysis practices.
• Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance.
