Connect supplier metrics to unit cost and integrated master schedule for visibility.
Develop leading indicator systems enabling early intervention in supply chain health.

What we're looking for

6+ years of experience in supply chain strategy, sourcing, or program management on complex hardware programs.
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive transformation without direct authority.
Experience building supply chain capabilities from scratch in environments lacking established playbooks.
Demonstrated ownership of supply risk and supplier performance under aggressive timelines and rapid scaling.
Ability to translate complex data into actionable strategies and prioritize outcomes effectively.
Comfort with quantitative models, including trade studies and predictive modeling, for sourcing decisions.
Secret security clearance required.
