What you'll do

  • Provide DFx recommendations to highlight electrical, mechanical, and thermal challenges during the design phase.
  • Root cause analyze failing boards using lab equipment and software tools.
  • Analyze yield and parametric data to optimize manufacturing processes.
  • Define and improve manufacturing test plans to enhance coverage and efficiency.
  • Direct contract manufacturing factories for new product mass production transitions.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to support NPI and production of gaming/workstation/compute GPU cards.

What we're looking for

  • Experience in board/PCB design, manufacturing, validation, and high-speed interface testing.
  • Ability to debug complex multi-disciplinary engineering problems.
  • Strong knowledge of test equipment, assembly processes, and mechanical tolerances.
  • Proficiency in data analysis using software tools and scripting languages.
  • Background in electrical engineering or computer science with 2+ years relevant experience.
  • Excellent communication skills for cross-functional team collaboration.
  • Understanding of design for manufacturing principles and yield optimization strategies.
