What you'll do

Develop and implement ATE test content for the product line.
Improve GPU manufacturing yields and minimize production excess.
Predict test durations and analyze characterization outcomes to support business goals.
Create and maintain failure analysis plans to drive yield improvements.
Manage relationships with Foundry, Assembly, and Memory vendors to ensure delivery.
Coordinate with Supply and Demand program management to meet chip quality targets.

What we're looking for

Bachelor or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience.
5+ years of direct PDE experience.
Proven track record in ASIC Mixed Signal build, characterization, and qualification of BIST and SCAN DFT methodologies.
Knowledge of advanced Silicon Process technology such as FinFET.
Hands-on experience in Chip-On-Wafer-On-Substrate Assembly, Silicon GPU Product Engineering, and HBM Memory vendor management.
Excellent interpersonal skills for multi-functional and cross-company collaboration.
In-depth knowledge of advanced technology node, assembly stacking processes, and vendor management (preferred).
Strong grasp of Silicon characterization, wafer sort, final test DFT coverage, and failure analysis techniques (preferred).
