What you'll do

What we're looking for

Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts and 3+ years of applied experience.
Hands-on practical experience in system design, application development, testing, and operational stability.
Experience developing, debugging, and maintaining code using Java Spring/Spring Boot in Microservices applications.
Solid understanding of agile methodologies including CI/CD, Application Resiliency, and Security.
Experience working with Oracle databases and Kafka messaging frameworks.
Hands-on experience using enterprise-authorized AI-assisted software development tools to create, refine, and validate code and documentation.
Knowledge of technical processes such as AWS cloud, Docker, Kubernetes, artificial intelligence, and machine learning.
Familiarity with the Healthcare domain (preferred); exposure to cloud technologies (preferred).
