What you'll do

Design and deliver secure, stable, and scalable technology products for the Commercial & Investment Banking sector.
Develop high-quality production code and maintain algorithms that run synchronously with existing systems.
Create architecture and design artifacts while ensuring software code meets specific design constraints.
Analyze large, diverse datasets to create visualizations and reports for continuous system improvement.
Identify hidden patterns in data to improve coding hygiene and overall system architecture.
Utilize enterprise-authorized AI coding tools to generate, refactor, and document code while validating outputs for security.
Implement automated testing using frameworks like Jest and Cypress to ensure software quality.
Manage complex state logic and data flow within front-end applications using React and Redux.

What we're looking for

Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts and 3+ years of applied experience.
Strong understanding of computer science fundamentals, algorithms, and data structures.
Strong knowledge and practical experience with Java, RESTful APIs, and Microservices architectures.
Practical knowledge of CI/CD, Jenkins, and source code management tools like Git and Bitbucket.
Practical experience with JavaScript technologies such as ReactJS, Angular, or Vue.js.
Experience with state management (Redux, Context API), automation frameworks (Jest, Cypress, Storybook), and Cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
