Avionics Test Engineer, Avionics

What you'll do

• Define requirements for test methods used in design verification and qualification campaigns.
• Develop automated test station hardware for engineering labs and production environments.
• Execute design verification and qualification plans on complex satellite avionics.
• Influence product designs to improve manufacturing and testing efficiency.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, including troubleshooting guides and work instructions.
• Improve test stability and reduce measurement time while ensuring data quality.
• Commission test racks for new production stations or hardware revisions.
• Develop reporting tools to track manufacturing key performance indicators (KPIs).

What we're looking for

• Candidates must be a U.S. citizen, national, permanent resident, or granted asylum/refugee status for export control compliance.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in electrical engineering, computer engineering, or equivalent.
• 4+ years of experience in hardware design and validation of components, subsystems, and systems.
• Experience planning and executing test campaigns for electronics systems including Design Verification, Qualification, and Environmental Test.
• Experience defining test requirements for complex electronic systems.
• Experience with analog, digital, and high-speed circuit design using ECAD tools.
• Master's degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, or equivalent (preferred).
• Experience in technical program management, space operations, RF lab equipment, or hardware test framework software development (preferred).
