What you'll do

Define requirements for test methods used in design verification and qualification campaigns.
Develop automated test station hardware for engineering labs and production environments.
Optimize manufacturing test flows to improve quality, efficiency, and process robustness.
Create and maintain technical documentation including troubleshooting guides and work instructions.
Execute test rack commissioning for new production stations or design revisions.
Root-cause issues for PCBAs, LRUs, and test systems in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Develop reporting tools to track manufacturing KPIs.
Provide training and support to production operators to reduce engineering intervention.

What we're looking for

Candidates must be a U.S. citizen, national, permanent resident, or granted asylum/refugee status for export control compliance.
Bachelor's degree or higher in electrical engineering, computer engineering, or an equivalent field.
7+ years of experience in hardware design and validation of components, subsystems, and systems.
Experience with analog, digital, and high-speed circuit design using ECAD tools.
Experience performing test campaigns for electronics systems including Design Verification, Qualification, and Environmental Test.
Experience troubleshooting and debugging hardware or expertise in computer architecture.
Proficiency with RF measurement equipment such as power meters, spectrum analyzers, and oscilloscopes.
Experience in space vehicle operations, satellite communications, or related industries.
