As a System Services Representative, you will join the Infrastructure & Technology team to provide Support as a Service (SaaS) functions for MVS Server products. What you'll do

What we're looking for

High School Diploma or GED.
Associate's Degree or College Diploma (preferred).
Experience with non-IBM server products including Dell, Oracle, and Fujitsu.
Knowledge of operating systems, associated software, and server functions.
Familiarity with IBM tools such as Cognitive Support Platform and Watson Einstein Analytics.
Basic understanding of IT engineering concepts like installation, customization, operation, recovery, and tuning.
Basic knowledge of Hybrid Cloud client environments and infrastructure services.
Experience with IT service management, cloud computing, and data analytics (preferred).
