What we're looking for

High School Diploma or GED.
Bachelor's Degree (preferred).
Familiarity with non-IBM server products, including Dell, Oracle, and Fujitsu.
Basic understanding of operating systems, associated software, and server functions.
Experience using IBM tools like Cognitive Support Platform and Watson Einstein Analytics.
Basic understanding of IT engineering concepts and hybrid cloud environments.
Reliable transportation is required.
Familiarity with IT service management, cloud computing, and data analytics (preferred).
