ATE Test Development Engineer

What you'll do

• Define, develop, and support ATE test programs for GPU, Tegra, and Automotive products.
• Construct and enhance test methods, including timings, levels, patterns, and test flows.
• Own test methodologies to improve production test program quality and efficiency.
• Debug product failures by analyzing LB schematics and collaborating with IC design teams.
• Work with overseas manufacturing teams to increase yields, test coverage, and capacity.
• Write and maintain scripts and tools to enhance the test engineering group's productivity.
• Reduce production costs while ensuring high-quality product transitions from design to mass production.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor Degree or higher in Electrical Engineering/Computer Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of relevant experience in IC Design, application, or ATE testing of VLSI.
• Working knowledge and hands-on experience with Advantest 93K ATE platform (SmarTest 8) is essential.
• Understanding of DFT insertion techniques including SCAN, ATPG, MBIST, and IOBIST.
• Excellent debugging and analytical skills.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.
• Knowledge of active thermal management (preferred).
• Product engineering experience, such as yield analysis, vmin/fmax characterization, and defect analysis (preferred).
