What you'll do

Define and develop ATE test programs for GPU/Tegra/Automotive products.
Construct or enhance test methods and integrate them into production flows.
Own and improve test methodologies to boost quality and efficiency.
Debug product failures in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Write and maintain scripts/tools to enhance the test engineering group's productivity.

What we're looking for

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering or equivalent experience
At least 2 years of relevant IC design, application, or ATE testing experience
Hands-on experience with Advantest 93K and Teradyne UFlex platforms
Knowledge of DFT insertion techniques including SCAN, ATPG, MBIST, and IOBIST
Experience in yield analysis, vmin/fmax characterization, and defect analysis
Strong critical thinking, communication, and collaboration skills
