What you'll do

  • Define and develop ATE test programs for GPU/Tegra/Automotive products.
  • Construct or enhance test methods and integrate them into production flows.
  • Own and improve test methodologies to boost quality and efficiency.
  • Debug product failures in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Write and maintain scripts/tools to enhance the test engineering group's productivity.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering or equivalent experience
  • At least 2 years of relevant IC design, application, or ATE testing experience
  • Hands-on experience with Advantest 93K and Teradyne UFlex platforms
  • Knowledge of DFT insertion techniques including SCAN, ATPG, MBIST, and IOBIST
  • Experience in yield analysis, vmin/fmax characterization, and defect analysis
  • Strong critical thinking, communication, and collaboration skills
