As an ATE Test Development Engineer, you will join the team to transition GPU, Tegra, and Automotive products from design engineering into mass production. Your daily responsibilities involve defining, developing, and supporting ATE test program bringup, characterization, and production for these specific product lines. You will construct or enhance test methods, debug and integrate timings, levels, patterns, and test flows while collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve product failures. The role requires hands-on experience with the Advantest 93K ATE platform (SmarTest 8) and a solid understanding of DFT insertion techniques including SCAN, ATPG, MBIST, and IOBIST. You will also write scripts to improve team productivity while working with overseas manufacturing teams to increase yields and capacity. Technical skills include analyzing LB schematics and performing yield analysis or vmin/fmax characterization for high-quality hardware products.
