What you'll do

Develop test flows, test methods, and validate test programs at ATE.
Create characterization test programs to identify failing circuits during RMA diagnosis.
Drive the development and deployment of innovative structural and functional test methodologies.
Support chip qualification by performing failure verification and specification searches.
Analyze root causes of ATE challenges through electrical and thermal analysis.
Test parts, analyze results, and present reports to drive cross-functional discussions.
Develop complex test programs to support chip specifications for performance and power consumption.
Perform volume data analysis to correlate part failures with system failures.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical, Electronic, or Computer Engineering.
12+ years of relevant experience.
Hands-on experience developing test programs using Advantest 93K and ExaScale testers.
Demonstrated capability to develop test programs using SmarTest7 and SmarTest8 operating systems (SmarTest8 experience is a plus).
Experience with Teradyne tester platforms (preferred).
Programming experience for test method development.
Ability to perform volume data analysis and proficiency with data analysis software or languages.
Experience with extreme temperature testing of ASICs at ATE.
