ATE Test Engineer

What you'll do

• Design and verify ATE hardware including load boards, sockets, and probe cards for high-speed and RF interfaces.
• Develop and optimize test programs for mm-wave SoCs on Teradyne or Advantest platforms.
• Implement RF, mixed-signal, and high-speed interface test routines for high-volume manufacturing environments.
• Execute on-chip calibration techniques for analog circuits and validate accuracy across PVT corners.
• Collaborate with DFT teams to define test insertion strategies and optimize scan/MBIST content.
• Manage the transition of test programs from characterization through release into high-volume production.
• Optimize test time, yield, and repeatability across various process, voltage, and temperature conditions.
• Perform root-cause analysis for field returns using test and characterization data to resolve quality issues.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in ATE test engineering, preferably in high-volume manufacturing of communication/modem processors or consumer SoCs (preferred).
• Experience developing and debugging test programs on Teradyne UltraFLEX and/or Advantest platforms.
• Experience with digital, high-speed I/O, and RF ATE test.
• Experience with ATE hardware (load board, socket, or probe card) design and verification.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be a U.S. citizen, national, permanent resident, or lawfully admitted as a refugee or granted asylum.
