What you'll do

Develop test flows, methods, and validate test programs using Advantest 93K and ExaScale testers.
Create characterization test programs to identify failing circuits at the ATE stage.
Develop innovative structural and functional test methodologies to meet specific project objectives.
Support chip qualification by performing failure verification and specification searches.
Perform electrical and thermal analysis to determine root causes of ATE challenges.
Analyze volume data and correlate part failures with system failures using data analysis software.
Write code for test method development and complex test flows regarding performance and power.
Conduct extreme temperature testing of ASICs at the ATE.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical, Electronic, or Computer Engineering.
At least 8 years of relevant experience.
Hands-on experience developing test programs using Advantest 93K and ExaScale testers.
Demonstrated capability to develop test programs using SmarTest7 and SmarTest8 operating systems.
Proficiency in programming for test method development.
Ability to perform volume data analysis and proficiency with data analysis software or languages.
Experience with extreme temperature testing of ASICs at ATE.
Ability to independently develop complex test flows to support chip performance and power consumption specifications.
