As an Associate TSE II on the Technical Services team, you will serve as a technical expert and advocate for customers by solving complex problems involving architecture, performance, recovery, and security. What you'll do

Resolve complex customer issues regarding architecture, performance, recovery, and security.
Provide expert advice on best practices for running MongoDB at scale.
Act as a technical resource for the entire MongoDB ecosystem including Atlas and Cloud Manager.
Advocate for customer needs by interfacing with product management and development teams.
Develop internal software tools for performance, benchmarking, and diagnostics.
Troubleshoot and resolve real-time technical problems under pressure.

What we're looking for

Candidates must be based in Bengaluru to support the hybrid working model.
Experience in systems administration, distributed systems, or network administration is required.
Expertise in database architecture, data design, and performance tuning/benchmarking is preferred.
Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform is preferred.
Proficiency in programming languages like Java, Python, Ruby, C, C++, C#, JavaScript, Node.js, Go, PHP, or Perl is a plus.
Candidates must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Advanced diagnostic and troubleshooting skills are required to solve complex problems in real-time.
Ability to learn new technical skills rapidly and work effectively within a team environment.
