What you'll do

Perform computer systems analysis in support of classified government contracts.
Resolve technical problems regarding hardware, software, network, and telecommunications systems.
Complete administration tasks for multiple networks following all security policies and procedures.
Follow documented technical processes and procedures to complete assigned job duties.
Report task statuses for recurring and non-recurring efforts in written and oral formats.
Isolate issues between software, firmware, hardware, operating systems, networks, and applications.
Support environments by managing requirements through ticketing systems like ServiceNow and JIRA.
Lift and move equipment weighing up to 50 pounds.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's or Master's degree.
Must have a current U.S. Government Secret security clearance or be enrolled in the Continuous Evaluation Program.
Must be a U.S. Citizen.
Must be able to obtain U.S. Government 8140 requirements for a Systems Administrator – Intermediate within the past 6 months.
Basic understanding of Windows Server OS.
1 year of Information Technology experience with Windows Server Administration (preferred).
Basic knowledge of NISPOM, RMF, STIG, JAFAN, or JSIG information system environments (preferred).
Knowledge of Windows server domain management, including Windows AD and LDAP (preferred).
