Staff Computer Systems Analyst joins the CIDO Classified Solutions team to support information system lifecycle activities for classified government contracts. This role involves managing multi-user computer systems, coordinating with engineers and project managers, and overseeing network operations. The individual will architect enterprise system enhancements, manage file systems, ensure security audit logging, and lead testing for new product releases while providing technical mentorship to junior and senior team members. Key technical requirements include proficiency in Windows domain architectures, Active Directory, GPOs, VMware, and SAN storage systems. Candidates must possess a Security+ certification and experience with RMF, STIG, and JSIG frameworks. The role addresses the critical challenge of maintaining secure, compliant infrastructure within classified environments, requiring expertise in hardware installation, scripting for automation, and managing complex network configurations to ensure reliable system performance and security across various platforms.
Manage multi-user computer systems and coordinate with network, software, and system engineers.
Architect and evaluate hardware, software, and system components for enterprise enhancements.
Analyze customer requirements to determine equipment needs and implement automation for improved performance.
Oversee compliant backup services, manage file systems, and ensure security audit logging for classified systems.
Lead testing of new product releases to ensure compatibility and document technical procedures.
Provide strategic mentorship and technical leadership to junior and senior team members.
Ensure all operations comply with strict information systems security guidelines and reporting requirements.
What we're looking for
Must have a Master's degree with 10 years experience, Bachelor's with 12 years, Associate's with 14 years, or High School with 16 years.
Must possess a Security+ or higher certification.
Must have a current US Government Secret clearance and the ability to obtain/maintain Top Secret and Special Programs access.
U.S. Citizenship is required for this position.
Extensive experience designing and managing Windows domain architectures in classified environments, including Active Directory, GPOs, and server management.
Proficient in Windows AD, LDAP, VMware, and SAN storage systems.
Bachelor’s degree or greater in Information Technology (preferred).
12 years of Windows Server Administration in classified environments, advanced networking expertise, and experience with RMF/STIG frameworks (preferred).
