What you'll do

  • Perform computer systems analysis tasks in support of classified government contracts.
  • Isolate technical issues across software, firmware, hardware, networks, and operating systems.
  • Install, upgrade, and patch systems while maintaining configuration management standards.
  • Manage Windows file systems, disk space, backup services, and virus protection.
  • Create and manage user accounts, file permissions, and security access lists.
  • Test new product releases to ensure compatibility and minimize impact on users.
  • Maintain security audit logs and documentation for classified networked and standalone computers.
  • Resolve technical issues using ticketing systems like ServiceNow or JIRA.

What we're looking for

  • Must have a Master's degree with 0 years experience, Bachelor's with 2 years, Associate's with 4 years, or High School with 6 years.
  • Must possess a Security+ certification or higher.
  • Must have a current U.S. Government Secret level security clearance.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a Top Secret clearance and access to Special Programs.
  • Must be a U.S. citizen.
  • Must have experience with Windows Server Operating Systems and workstation support.
  • Must have experience supporting Linux (RHEL) Operating Systems.
  • Must have experience managing systems within NISPOM, RMF, STIG, JAFAN, or JSIG environments.
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology is preferred.
  • Active Top Secret, TS/SCI, SAP/SAR access, or Polygraph is preferred.
  • 3 years of Server Administration experience in a classified environment is preferred.
  • Linux+ or RHCSA certification is preferred.
  • Experience with Bash scripting, Ansible, Red Hat Satellite, Splunk, Oracle databases, VMware, Veeam, and Podman containers are preferred.
  • Experience with Linux hardening to meet STIG requirements is preferred.
  • Knowledge of IP networking concepts, Windows AD, LDAP, and SAN storage systems is preferred.
