Computer Systems Analyst

What you'll do

• Perform computer systems analysis to support classified government contracts.
• Isolate technical issues between software, firmware, hardware, networks, and operating systems.
• Install, upgrade, and patch systems in support of configuration management.
• Maintain backup and recovery services, file systems, disk space, and virus protection.
• Create user accounts, file permissions, and security access lists.
• Test new product releases to ensure compatibility and minimize user impact.
• Maintain security audit logs and information for classified networked and standalone computers.
• Support environments by managing requirements through ticketing systems like ServiceNow or JIRA.

What we're looking for

• Must have a Master's degree with 0 years of experience, a Bachelor's with 2 years, an Associate's with 4 years, or a High School diploma with 6 years of experience.
• Must have a Security+ certification or greater.
• Must have a current US Government Secret level security clearance.
• Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a US Government Top Secret level security clearance.
• Must have the ability to obtain and maintain access to Special Programs.
• Must have experience with Windows Server Operating Systems and workstation support.
• Must have experience with Linux (RHEL) Operating Systems support.
• Must have experience managing systems within NISPOM, DCID 6/3-ICD 503, RMF, STIG, JAFAN, or JSIG environments.
• U.S. Citizenship is required.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology (preferred).
• Active Top Secret, TS/SCI, SAP/SAR access, or Polygraph (preferred).
• 3 years of Server Administration experience in a classified environment (preferred).
• Linux+ or RHCSA certification (preferred).
• Linux administration in a Windows domain environment (preferred).
