Computer Systems Analyst

What you'll do

• Perform computer systems analysis to support classified government contracts.
• Isolate technical issues between software, firmware, hardware, networks, and operating systems.
• Install, upgrade, and patch systems in support of configuration management.
• Maintain backup and recovery services, file systems, disk space, and virus protection.
• Create and manage Windows user accounts, file permissions, and security access lists.
• Test new product releases to ensure compatibility and minimize user impact.
• Maintain security audit logs and information for classified networked and standalone computers.
• Support environment requirements through ticketing systems like ServiceNow and JIRA.

What we're looking for

• Must have a Master's degree with 0 years of experience, a Bachelor's with 2 years, an Associate's with 4 years, or a High School Diploma with 6 years of experience.
• Must have a current U.S. Government Top Secret security clearance with a closed investigation date within the last 6 years or be enrolled in Continuous Evaluation.
• Must have the ability to obtain and maintain access to Special Access Programs within a reasonable amount of time following hire.
• Must have U.S. Citizenship.
• Must possess Security+ CE certification.
• Must have knowledge of Windows and Linux Server Operating Systems and workstation support.
• Windows Server Administration experience including Active Directory and Group Policy (preferred).
• Knowledge of NISPOM, RMF, STIG, JAFAN, or JSIG information system environments (preferred).
