What you'll do

Perform computer systems analysis in support of classified government contracts.
Isolate issues between software, firmware, hardware, networks, and operating systems.
Manage Windows file systems, disk space, and virus protection on a routine basis.
Install, upgrade, and patch systems to support configuration management.
Create and manage user accounts, file permissions, and security access lists.
Maintain security audit logs for all classified networked and standalone computers.
Test new product releases to ensure compatibility and minimize user impact.
Manage technical tasks and tickets using systems like ServiceNow or JIRA.

What we're looking for

Must have a Master's degree, or a Bachelor's with 2 years experience, or an Associate's with 4 years experience, or a High School Diploma with 6 years experience.
Must possess a current U.S. Government Top Secret security clearance.
Must be able to obtain and maintain access to Special Access Programs.
Must hold a Security+ CE certification.
Must have knowledge of Windows Server Operating Systems and workstation support.
Must have knowledge of Linux Server Operating Systems and workstation support.
U.S. Citizenship is required for this position.
