What you'll do

Perform analog and digital design of ruggedized electronics for ordnance applications.
Conduct circuit tolerance analyses using hand calculations and Spice tools.
Develop requirements, generate test plans, and lead test activities throughout the product development cycle.
Lead failure investigations using structured tools like 8D and Fishbone analysis.
Provide labor and material estimates for Requests for Proposals (RFPs).
Manage staff performance, including goal setting, merit recommendations, and professional development.
Oversee hiring activities, resource planning, and team morale to mitigate attrition.
Mentor engineers in the analysis, design, integration, and validation of products.

What we're looking for

Must be a U.S. Person.
Ability to obtain a security clearance if required.
Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline with minimum of 6 years prior related experience.
Graduate degree with a minimum of 4 years of prior related experience.
Minimum of 10 years of prior related experience in lieu of a degree.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and various CAD/CAE tools.
Ability to conduct reviews of electrical designs, circuit analysis, and engineering change notices.
U.S. citizens.
