Lead Electrical Engineer

What you'll do

• Design ruggedized electronics and select components for military fuzing and ordnance applications.
• Perform circuit simulations and tolerance analyses using tools like SPICE and MATLAB.
• Prepare and execute comprehensive test plans and generate detailed test reports.
• Lead team members and mentor junior engineers to achieve specific program objectives.
• Conduct failure investigations and root cause analyses using structured methods.
• Generate engineering change orders and produce detailed technical documentation.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting changing customer requirements.
• Prepare materials for and participate in formal design reviews.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 9 years of prior relevant experience.
• Graduate Degree and a minimum of 7 years of prior related experience.
• Minimum of 13 years of prior related experience in lieu of a degree.
• Ability to obtain a Secret clearance.
• Proven experience in analog and digital circuit design, power circuit design, and sensor integration (preferred).
• Proficient in design with analog components, digital components, and power supply and converter design (preferred).
• Skilled in using simulation tools like SPICE or MATLAB/Simulink and design software like Altium or PADS (preferred).
• U.S. citizens.
