What you'll do

Apply technical knowledge to improve data and systems running at scale while ensuring end-to-end application monitoring.
Utilize enterprise-authorized AI capabilities to accelerate monitoring, capacity analysis, and documentation tasks.
Manage daily activities supporting standard capacity process applications.
Identify potential capacity risks in partnership with application and infrastructure teams and govern remediation statuses.
Make significant decisions for projects involving multiple technologies and applications.
Implement reuse-first and AI-assisted approaches to identify recurring capacity risks and improve workflows.
Validate all AI-assisted recommendations to ensure alignment with resiliency, security, and auditability requirements.

What we're looking for

Formal training or certification in infrastructure engineering concepts and 3+ years of applied experience.
Strong knowledge of infrastructure disciplines including hardware, networking, databases, storage, deployment, automation, and performance.
Demonstrated experience using enterprise-authorized AI capabilities to support workflows with strong validation habits and data sensitivity awareness.
Ability to review and validate AI-assisted recommendations while ensuring alignment with resiliency, security, and auditability expectations.
Subject matter expertise in Windows Administration.
Working knowledge of scripting or coding tools such as Terraform, Ansible, PowerShell, Bash, Java, Python, or Scala.
Experience with multiple cloud technologies including the ability to operate in and migrate across public and private clouds.
Experience with JIRA, ServiceNow, SCCM, Active Directory, Observability, SCIM, or AI tools (preferred).
