What you'll do

  • Lead the design and implementation of QC Lab Orchestration Layer for seamless workflow coordination.
  • Define integration patterns to ensure scalability, resilience, and performance in lab systems.
  • Translate business processes into orchestrated digital workflows for automated sample management.
  • Ensure compliance with GxP, ALCOA+, 21 CFR Part 11, and data integrity requirements.
  • Act as primary integration point between QC, IT, automation, and external vendors.
  • Evaluate vendor platforms and tools for orchestration capabilities to support connected lab progression.

What we're looking for

  • At least 10 years of experience in Information Systems and Technology.
  • Proven track record managing employees and budgets in a GMP environment.
  • Expertise in lab instrument connectivity and data flow integration technologies.
  • Experience with cloud/hybrid architectures (AWS, Azure) and IT compliance guidelines.
  • Knowledge of orchestration tools like Scitara or Tetra Science and workflow engines.
