Lead and develop the Lab Systems team while providing technical coaching and mentorship to direct reports.
Oversee system administration and enhancements for benchtop computer systems and instrument software across laboratory sites.
Coordinate requirements gathering, system design priorities, and implementation timelines across various functional laboratory departments.
Develop and revise methods, record keeping, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Maintain validated QC computers and software in a compliant state through established change control procedures.
Resolve hardware and software issues related to QC instrumentation while preparing teams for internal and regulatory audits.
Manage operational budgets and contribute to long-term strategic planning for the Lab Systems department.
What we're looking for
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Science, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (experience may be considered in lieu of education).
Associate Manager level requires 6+ years of relevant experience and 2+ years of team management experience.
Manager level requires 7+ years of relevant experience and 3+ years of team management experience.
Knowledge of cGMP, GAMP, 21 CFR Part 11, Annex 11, ALCOA+ principles, and data integrity in biopharmaceutical production.
Experience overseeing system administration, validation, and compliance for benchtop and instrument software systems.
Ability to lead team performance management, coaching, and mentoring of direct reports.
ITIL certification and project management training (preferred).
Knowledge of helpdesk ticketing systems like ServiceNow and Regulatory Asset Manager systems (advantageous).
